Children and adolescents should use their eyes scientifically

Office workers should use their eyes reasonably

Professionals often need to face computers and mobile phones for a long time. It is recommended to rest for 10 minutes after half an hour to 1 hour of continuous work. You can look into the distance, blink or close your eyes to rest and relax; also look at the green plants between work to relieve visual fatigue and stress at work;sleep on time to ensure 7-8 hours of adequate sleep; minimize the time spent watching movies and TV shows, do not stay up late to play games, and do not surf the Internet overnight.

At the same time, adjust the lighting of the working environment so that it is not too dark or dazzling; turn on the lights when watching TV or computer at night, and dim the screen brightness; try to keep the distance between the eyes and the computer screen at 40 cm; and maintain the correct sitting posture.

In addition, high work intensity and high pressure are not only harmful to the eyes, but also easy to reduce the body’s resistance. Office workers should take advantage of the working gap to exercise properly. Indoors, you can choose strength training such as yoga, sit-ups and dumbbells, which not only enhances your physical fitness, but also protects your eyes.
